Auckland

Diocese of Auckland
Ordinary Saints is a community of Anglicans in their 20s and 30s in the Diocese of Auckland who embrace the contemplative and sacramental rhythms of faith in order to inform our way of being in the world. We are guided by four touchstones: Community, Formation, Action, and Creativity.

The Community of Transfiguration
The Community of the Transfiguration is a residential community of students, graduates and families, whose members worship together at St Michael’s. They’re committed to bringing the light of Christ to Victoria University, in partnership with the Anglican Chaplaincy at Victoria. Members of the Community commit for a year to a rhythm of prayer, hospitality, service and fun.  We're under the protection of Bishop Justin. For information about the community, or an application form, email Mel McKenzie.

All Saints' is a university church right on campus, (786 Cumberland Street, North Dunedin). We are a vibrant Anglo-Catholic faith community based in North Dunedin. Students from the nearby University and Polytech bring lots of youthful energy and we are strongly affiliated with SCM (Student Christian Movement), who are the inclusive, ecumenical Christian group on the Otago campus. Since 1893 All Saints has been the chapel of Selwyn College Te Maru Pûmanawa, the Anglican college at the University of Otago. We cherish our connections with the College. We would love to meet you, and welcome you no matter where you are on your faith journey.  If you would like to explore faith, come back to church, join a study group or if you would like to be baptised, confirmed please contact us or join us at the following services times:

10:30am – High Mass, followed by community lunch.
8:00pm – Taizé Night Prayer (contemporary service with a period of silence during the service), followed by supper.

Here at All Saints we try to be an inclusive and loving community, walking in the way of Jesus. We welcome and affirm people of every ethnicity, gender, orientation, ability, and background. We invite you will join us in our shared mission to build up the body of Christ in the Parish of Dunedin North through service, worship, fellowship and witness. Nau mai, haere mai, tauti mai.
